I gained strong leadership skills as I trained and supervised a crew of fifteenpeople. Supervisory duties included: Assigning work, meeting daily, review-ing work, performance counseling, and payroll.

I worked alongside fellow students throughout the construction of a home for a small family in Fargo, ND.
