Current- Daily tasks include imaging and deploying desktops and laptops.
- On-going communication with Denali for computer and laptop repairs.
- Daily use of SCCM, Active Directory and Remote Desktop use for software installs.
- Use Service Now ticketing system to receive and prioritize user submitted requests.
- Strong knowledge on HP and Dell hardware and drivers.
- Test, repair and replace BCMA Scanners (2600 and 2700).
