Upgraded private company bookkeeping function to public company accounting and reporting organization with new leadership. Implemented tier 1 enterprise application infrastructure (Oracle, Salesforce.com, Concur) and Sarbanes Oxley controls. Built financial planning, legal and investor relations functions from scratch.
