I am a passionate and dedicated District Manager at Cumberland County Soil & Water Conservation District (CCSWCD). I oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various soil and water conservation projects, and serve as Fiscal Agent for the Long Creek Watershed Management District. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Western Governors University, and I have earned certifications in Managing Projects with SharePoint 2013, Strengthening Your Facilitation Skills, Level 1, and Level 2 from the UMaine Cooperative Extension and WGU Strategic Thinking & Innovation. I have strong communication and data analysis skills, which enable me to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including landowners, municipalities, regulators, and funders, and to measure and report on the impact and outcomes of our work. My core competencies include financial manager, project management, budgeting, grant writing, policy development, and staff supervision. I am committed to the mission of CCSWCD, which is to provide leadership in conservation of natural resources and to improve the quality of life for the residents of Cumberland County.
