Training And Development Manager
Current• Overseeing delivery of training programs and learning management systems with strategies that meet the needs of customers and employees • Manage a team of facilitators, guiding and supporting delivery of effective training with oversight and active involvement in designing, writing, and delivering training material• Collaborate with functional team to establish centralized operational practices and workflows• Evaluate and assess program effectiveness, ROI of training material, facilitating improvements when necessary and optimizing opportunities when identified• Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure training collateral reflects product updates• Stay up to date on industry training trends• Provide regular reports to senior leadership demonstrating training effectiveness
