I am 20 years old and have experience in management, retail, excellent customer service and time management. I am currently training with the top department manager at our store to improve management within our E-commerce department. I manage about 60 people, write their schedules, report labor to store management, and generally manage day-to-day operations of the Aisles Online Department at the Lawrence Hy-Vee.I would love to gain more insight and opportunity within the business community, and with that I am very much open to being taught/hired for new roles. I love learning and am very adaptable.
