Group Quality Supervisor
CurrentConduct routine audits of all team members to ensure care is delivered in accordance with Charlie Health best practices.Manage team of ~60 Group Facilitators including scheduling 1:1 meetings, facilitating group supervision and treatment team sessions, and responding to asynchronous communicationCollaborate closely with partner departments like Care Strategy and Care Delivery to make Charlie Health an amazing place to work and an even better place to receive careMonitoring team client satisfaction and audit scores and providing feedback to team members where appropriateReview groups data to inform strategic decision making about team performance and group dynamics.Work closely with Clinician Experience to ensure that all Group Facilitators have access to world-class training and education resources starting from onboarding and throughout their careers at Charlie HealthFacilitate groups weekly and complete documentation within 24 hoursParticipate in routine leadership meetings and contribute to strategic decision makingMaintain and model professional ethics, including appropriate boundaries, confidentiality and consistent commitment to best practiceComplete other duties as assigned by Clinical Leadership
