I'm Bria K. Hill, a driven junior Biology major with a minor in Philosophy at McDaniel College. My academic pursuits are fueled by a desire to make a positive impact through healthcare. Currently, I serve as a DEIJ Student Fellow, actively contributing to initiatives aimed at creating a more inclusive campus environment. In this role, I collaborate with fellow students and faculty to promote diversity awareness and foster a culture of belonging. Additionally, I have the privilege of serving as a Resident Assistant (RA), where I provide guidance and support to first-year students. As the Leadership@McDaniel Student Intern and member of the President's Advisory Council, I am deeply involved in shaping the future of my institution. Outside of my academic and campus commitments, I am an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated where I engage in service projects that address critical community needs and promote social responsibility. Driven by a passion for mentorship, leadership, and service, I am eager to connect with professionals who share my dedication to making a difference in the world.
