This automated a manual Excel-based process for funding capital construction projects. - Implemented modified version of EcoSys Standard Product Contracts Module (modified to a) support serial, and configurable, approval workflow for invoices, and b) interoperate with Harvard's General Ledger.)2019 - Automated, via EcoSys, enrollment of newly opened capital projects within appropriate Builder's Risk Insurance policy. 2020 - Architected and PM'd implementation of "Create Assets" feature for Harvard's Oracle EBS instance. This automated a manual Excel-based process for creation of CIP asset shells within Oracle Assets.- Implemented "CAPS Forms Viewer" within EcoSys. CAPS Form Viewer made all approved project funding requests readily available to users in Excel-exportable format, eliminating a bottleneck of having to view these records one at a time within a pre-formatted PDF report.2021 - Implemented Presidential Discretionary Fund Commitments (PDF) Module within EcoSys for the Office of the President and Provost, which included automated integration with the Harvard General Ledger. This replaced a manual Excel-based process for tracking these commitments.2022 - Implemented Multi-Year Technology Plan (MYTP) Module within EcoSys, which is Harvard's first University-wide GL-integrated system-of-record for tracking in-flight and planned *technology* (as opposed to physical construction) capital investments.Position summary: Delivered solutions for the capital planning and capital project management business needs of the University, leveraging the EcoSys and Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS) platforms.
