May 2021 - July 2022I was hired to facilitate the transfer of company assets from the USA to a plant being expanded south of the USA. The project was extremely large in scale, involving over 200 pieces of industrial manufacturing machines and equipment. I generated the written Scope of Work for this project and was the primary POC for bidding companies and the OEMs that had to be involved. Prior to changing roles, I orchestrated a trip to the Receiving Location for the equipment and participated in the planning phase of a major schedule change.July 2022 - June 2024Took over the Anodize Process at the plant. This area has proven to be very problematic. The process includes automated and manual operation in production. Long-term goal is to create a more sustainable operation and maintenance process for the anodize systems. Also working to improve quality standards by incorporating 3D printable parts and accessories to the system that have a direct impact on the quality of the product and the operation of the system from an operator standpoint.

Supported efforts in the field by being the direct supervisor for construction crews performing installation of electromagnetic shields. Facilitated the smooth execution of operations by comprehensively preparing for specific projects, which included ensuring materials and tooling were prepped and ready for field use. In some cases, extensive preparation was needed, which included designing, building, and testing platforms and methods for elevating heavy steel shielding into confined spaces. Generated 3D models of project sites to accurately plan for orientation and deployment of shield materials.
