As the Clinical Domain Lead, I managed the end-to-end delivery of Veeva Clinical applications, overseeing a team of 5+ direct reports and 20+ consultants. A highlight was leading the $40M Veeva CTMS program, consolidating Celgene and BMS CTMS functionalities, revamping 35+ integrations, and migrating 9M+ records. This initiative delivered $12.5M/year in synergies and set an industry benchmark with a 20-month production timeline during a global pandemic.Additionally, I directed the $35M Site Central program, implementing the Shared Investigator Portal consortium. This involved managing business case creation, SOW/vendor management, and overseeing design and implementation. Furthermore, I developed 7 interfaces with middleware components in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.Moreover, recognizing the potential for cost savings and operational efficiency, I established a team in BMS India Hyderabad to support clinical operations. This strategic move aimed to reduce reliance on external consultants while ensuring seamless project delivery and ongoing support.

As the Medical IT Associate Director, I provided strategic direction for medical applications, overseeing projects such as the $14M MEDeXchange initiative. This project aimed to enhance customer interactions between Field Medical and HCPs. I spearheaded the creation of business cases, managed vendor selection, and streamlined content authoring processes. Additionally, I led the implementation of Veeva's CLM, Approved Email, and Engage Meeting solutions to enhance the global CRM ecosystem for Field Medical.Another significant project was the implementation of an external-facing HCP portal and internal workflow application (FastTrack) for managing Investigator Sponsored Research (ISR), Named Patient Program (NPP), and Data Sharing requests/studies. I designed the application using SFDC Communities and managed business requirements, vendor management, and data migration.Furthermore, I led the $15M Athena program, which included implementing a Global Medical Call Center, Content Management repository, and Portal for Medical Information inquiries. This involved developing RFI/RFP’s, implementing SFDC Service Cloud, Heroku, and Force.com Sites, as well as managing the creation of a company-wide MSA between BMS and SFDC.Additionally, I oversaw projects such as IBM Watson Explorer Luminoso POCs, expansion of the Medical Information Online portal to global markets, and the implementation of a Clinical Trial Navigator Application using AWS technology. These initiatives demonstrated my commitment to leveraging innovative solutions to drive medical insights and improve operational efficiency.

As the lead for Clinical Trial Operations, I oversaw investment projects and operational IT functions to drive efficiencies and meet project timelines. Leading a team of four, I prioritized project delivery and supported career development initiatives.One of my key accomplishments was the delivery lead for the $24M Eclipse Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) program, where I ensured comprehensive project oversight and successful delivery. Additionally, I led the implementation of an Investigator Portal application (My Trials) to manage and track interactions between BMS and investigators during clinical trials.In my role, I focused on evaluating and selecting optimal software solutions for projects, emphasizing technical architecture that promotes reusability and aligns with long-term strategic goals. This approach ensured technological sustainability and efficiency across initiatives.Moreover, I served as the primary liaison between IT service vendors and infrastructure groups, overseeing the architecture and setup of infrastructure environments in compliance with BMS standards. As the Technical Project Manager, I oversaw project resources and global infrastructure shared services during successful implementations of the Electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) application. Providing technical direction, I created SOWs, managed consultants, and established SDLC standards for department-wide initiatives.Key accomplishments include directing the creation of an XML-based J2EE application for document management, ensuring consistent document handling and storage. Additionally, I project managed the upgrade to Documentum WDK/WebTop, enhancing the application's functionality and performance.Furthermore, I oversaw the development of the Adobe online template-based forms and automated report tracking for document creation and notifications, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
