Operation Enduring Freedom Maintenance Mechanic Foreman Overseeing maintenance and service over a diverse fleet of equipment including military tactical vehicles.Results:Perform required NTV duties as assigned on Camp Marmal/Camp Pratt/Camp Mes-Fle per US ARMY contract and DTG guidelines. Assist in continuing to maintain above a 95% efficiency standard per military regulations with a density level of 805 assets. Responsible for providing on-site & mobile dispatching, repairs and diagnosing of light vehicles, heavy construction equipment and tactical vehicles. Using knowledge gained from technical back ground; provide SME advice on repairs keeping within regulation guidelines while insuring assets remain off a deadline status. During R&R absence of foreman, assume role and responsibilities to assure mission success and compliance while performing Senior Technician duties, this accompanied with further training and assitance from management allowed obtainment of foreman position. Continually assist with training and instructing of fellow NTV team members in diagnosing and repair of assigned assets.Maintained quality working relationship with US Army customers and ensured proper quality control was in place during repairs, along with providing follow up visits to confirm all repairs made were to satisfaction.
