Maintained 100% accountability for organizational assets, valued in excess of $330M+, without loss or damage across Germany, Turkey, Italy Greece, Netherlands, and Norway locations.• Developed Formal Training Unit (FTU) CY'15 training schedule and courseware; identified critical deficits, developed & implemented policies to move 40% of airborne training flights to-ground events, mitigated an 800 flying hour reduction for E-3A training program.
