· Program and set up 3rd, 4th, and 5th Axis CNC mills· Program and set ups CNC Lathes· Correspond with engineering depart for manufacturing of new parts and fixtures for plant operations as well as machine ISO 9100 parts for Ericson’s fleet of aircraft.· Lead design and manufacture teams for the creation of new and complex parts for both Sikorsky S64 and Sikorsky CH 53 Super Stallion. Including fixture and programing

· Manufacturing process management from start to finish for a variety of aerospace manufactures. Such as Boeing, Bell, Sikorsky· Program and set up 3rd, 4th, and Axis CNC mills· Program and set ups CNC Lathes

· Responsible for supervising personnel, overseeing day to day operations of CNC machine shop· Program and set up 3 & 4 axis vertical mills and Lathes· Create and work with customer 3D cad files· Research and development from prototype to full production. Including material and tooling cost estimates, fixture design, blueprints and machine production setups.· Program HAAS, FANUC operating systems. · Operate Manual Mills, Lathes, Surface Grinders, and other shop equipment· Supervise and train employees, maintain high quality standard in production· Read and interpret customer blueprints Per ANSI 14.5
