Manage the health, welfare, morale, and professional development of nine Soldiers. Assist the Platoon Leader in the planning of direct fires, emplace and direct two M240L machine gun teams. Aid the Platoon Sergeant in developing and implementing individual training, provide technical guidance and support to subordinates in administrative matters; supervise maintenance; ensure compliance with all directed, specified, and implied tasks; responsible for the accountability of over $250,000 worth of organic equipment. Conduct operations briefings using visual, written and verbal communication to effectively get the information to 30 or more soldiers. As Battalion/State Career Counselor (May13-Sep14) supervised 12 Unit Career Counselors. Responsible for the career development of the over 900 soldiers. Assist and brief soldiers on their education, medical, and employment benefits. Advise soldiers on their civilian employment rights. Provide independent review of programs and any issues in the battalion. Provide feedback and advice at monthly meetings to company leadership on procedures and any issues in the battalion. Work with State organizations and departments to develop good working relationships to allow them to provide their services to the battalion.

Flagstaff, Arizona Area

Manage the daily operations of plumbing, appliance, kitchen and bath departments. Manage the hours, training, inventory, mark downs and track sales of the departments. Handle any administrative problems using company guideline for the issues. During weekly meeting provide feedback and advice to management on various administrative issues and procedures. Develop game plans and make commitments with management during meetings. Work with venders to provide the best working relationship to benefit both sides.

Northern Arizona

Supervise the operations of 24 accounts and 10 employees in the district. Evaluate the efficiency and develop procedures for employees to improve the effectiveness of their services. Conduct meeting with store managers to discuss commitments and make agreements to provide the best service to store. Work with other venders to increase the effectiveness of services. During company meetings advise supervisors on the success or failure of procedures and ways to improve methods.
