Responsibilities include repairing and upgrading various power center units for aircraft. I also trained in multiple areas to repair, modify and upgrade different avionics components. This includes both software and hardware upgrades that occasionally required circuit board level changes.

I process the Brokered/Sub-Contracted repairs for our location. Items not able to be repaired in our shop, I create orders and process to send out to our other facilities/vendors. This also included setting up a tracking system to ensure customers parts status was up to date at all times. I also create orders for items sent directly to our OEM's in France from our customers. My position has expanded into a vendor management role as well as team training on some of my tasks. I requested to take on more responsibility and handle projects both solo and with another team member or two.

Responsibilities include order creation for customer's aircraft parts sent to our OEM locations, re-directing parts to the appropriate repair facility within our repair network as well as closing orders once they were completed. I created a tracking system to ensure easy traceability for customer units and their current status. I am the facility Point of Contact for customs codes required for shipping items outside the United States. I also do occasional audits of incoming units held in quarantine for various reasons.
