As the Executive Chef at Hotel Equities, I lead a team of culinary and service professionals who deliver exceptional experiences to guests and clients. I create innovative menus that reflect the local flavors and seasonal ingredients, as well as cater to various dietary preferences and restrictions. I oversee the restaurant, bar and banquet operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards.With 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have worked in various high-end restaurants and hotels, including the San Diego Marriott La Jolla, where I was the Executive Chef for more than two years. I received the Leader of the Quarter award in 2023 for my outstanding performance and customer satisfaction at the Renaissance Dallas North Hotel. I hold the ServSafe Manager and RBS certifications, as well as newly required allergen training which demonstrate my commitment to food safety and responsible beverage service. I am passionate about learning new cuisines, techniques, and trends, and my goal is to elevate the culinary and beverage experience for every guest and client, and to collaborate with other professionals who share the same vision.
