Over a lifetime in high performance athletics, I have learned to guide my energy to where it is best spent in the service of my goals. The systems and frameworks I've developed have led me to fifteen national championship competitions, including two Olympic Trials, and several international competitions. I've experienced all levels of the sport as part of all manner of teams.Performance is not limited to athletics. Mastery of any craft eventually becomes mastery of the self. The pinnacle of performance is the sustainable exploration of the Good Life.I seek to embody my understanding of the Good Life with how I show up every day. For myself, for my community, and for the global community. In my exploration, I've learned how to communicate the heart of complex ideas, how to use creativity to connect, and a whole host of interesting skillsets.
