PHI Air Medical is a division of PHI inc. that provides both critical and emergent care to patients in need of air medical services. The base that I served, provides patients with both fixed wing (FW) and rotor wing (RW) capabilities. The FW aircraft can provide local and long distant patient transfers where as the RW aircraft can respond to EMS scene calls or critical care inter-facility transfers.

Remote Medical International is a company that provides remote site medical care to a wide variety of patients and customers. There are many facets to the company other than medical support, including telemedicine, education and product line. While working for RMI, I was able to teach a wide range of EMS students, from Wilderness First Aide, to Wilderness EMT. As well as teaching, I deployed to remote sites to provide medical oversight at both a pipeline project and a remote drilling/ coring project.

The Critical Care Transport (CCT) team at Albuquerque Ambulance Services (AAS) is able to provide highly technical critical care for patients that need to be transferred and transported between facilities for higher levels of care or specialty facilities. This particular team is able to work outside the normal scope of practice and includes many skills such as invasive monitoring, fetal monitoring, pediatric intubation, "RSI/ DSI" and several others.

Emergent and non-emergent response for patients and community members residing in Bernalillo County NM. AAS (Albuquerque Ambulance Service) is a private not-for-profit ambulance company owned by PHS (Presbyterian Health Services). AAS is also an extremely high call volume service with response to over 130,000 (2015 numbers) calls per year.
