I have 13 years of experience in the BPO industry. I started as a customer service representative for a travel account where my responsibilities were to book (over the phone) and manage client's flight, car and hotel reservartions. Meeting client's satisfaction, dealing with complex concerns and providing cost effective resolutions are some of the skills i learned from this job experience.
