Responsible for day to day scheduling and operation of a busy collision repair facility. I am in control of ordering shop supplies weekly as well as maintaining shop order and cleanliness. I also work hand on in the shop with the other team members. I do light to moderate body work using DA sanders and blocks to prep surfaces for paint, and I am also the house painter. I am responsibe for mixing matching and blending OEM paint as well as mixing custom colors based on customer needs using PPG color bank and software. I have extensive experience with panel bonding, custom fab. and repair of fiberglass, use of duraglass, bondo, and flex putty as well.

Brought into facility to over completion of state of the art manufacturing paint system. I worked closely with the management team and contractors to successfully install new equipment. I developed operation instructions, training, and safety procedures for entire department. I also worked with operations to ensure compliance with EPA and OSHA regulations and standards. Ordered and inventoried tools and supplies needed for operation each week. I also worked one on one with painters and preppers to ensure proper quality standards are met and maintained. I worked closely with leads in several other departments to aid in production needs and scheduling production runs based on communications through plant. I brought my extensive knowledge to the table and trained our maintenance team on proper process for cleaning and maintaining all booth and spray systems.

Daily multi-shift operations of several production departments in a turnkey metal fabrication shop. I am responsible for successful operation and production of a 200HP wheelabrator blast system, 2 multi-port liquid paint application booths and full packaging operations of all out going products. I work closely with our Quality Department to ensure the highest level product being received by our customers. I also use lean manufacturing methods and keep full control of all supplies and materials needed during production and continuous improvement events to ensure the use of the best possible work methods.

Template, drag and sweep making from engineering data. 3 dimensional sculpting and picture modeling of quarter scale and full size models. 3 & 5-Axis Tarus Mill and Fidia Controller Operations. Dianoc and show vehicle preparations. I also have experience with fiberglass and bondo. Fabrication, mold making, finish work on show quality vehicles.
