Manage arena video displays, including video walls, in-bowl LEDs, and an IP based tv system. Coordinate with various departments including sales, marketing, partnerships, concessions, events, ticketing, and content to ensure successful execution and implementation of all advertisements and graphics displayed on digital displays within the arena. Manage operators and technicians to load content, program displays, and execute the show plan for professional sports games, concerts, and other events.

Responsible for maintenance, repair and operation of all audio systems within the arena. Diagnosed and repaired several issues with the existing sound system. Mixed audio through arena sound system on game days, including pregame promotional spots, announcements, national anthem, Suns Dancers, Sol Patrol, and Solar Squad music, game-play audio, timeout entertainment, halftime show, commercials, and post-game music. Coordinated with Game Presentation Producer and other team members to create a memorable fan experience while meeting company objectives. Volunteered at Copper Hills Church playing bass guitar and running audio. In 2007 assumed leadership of all audio/video systems and teams. Led, arranged, trained, and scheduled all team members, created budget for all new audio and video components for new church building, and helped select the components and the contractor to perform the installation. In 2016, I narrowed my leadership focus to just the Audio team. This position involves training audio technicians, troubleshooting all audio systems, setting and enforcing audio standards, running audio twice monthly for weekend services, set up and run audio/video system for outdoor Movie in The Park community events (up to 6x per year.)
