Current• Proactively manage 3 million+ square feet of facilities nationwide to ensure smooth and efficient operation.• Championed implementation of work order management system to efficiently create, assign and track work order requests and effectively manage and prioritize team’s daily work assignments.• Negotiate contracts and collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure work meets established quality standards and stays within budget.• Develop and maintain effective business partnering with internal departments, senior leadership, and external tenants to address their facility needs and provide clear, informed communication on facilities related matters.• Spear-headed company-wide site security initiative by completing professional certification in HD & IP video surveillance to become the company’s SME in design, install, and support for security systems.
