As the Director of Domestic Operations at Titan Transportation, I have over twenty five years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry, with a focus on managing customer distribution centers, domicile sort locations, supervisors, and drivers across the country. My mission is to provide leadership and motivation to the site personnel, execute performance goals, and partner with peer area managers and support staff to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.I have developed and implemented several initiatives to enhance the quality and safety of the transportation services, such as the SURT Team, the Safety Incentive Program, and the performance management process. I also have strong skills in workplace relationships, employee training, people management, and budget management, which enable me to recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing and empowered team. I am passionate about delivering reliable and cost-effective transportation solutions to meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
