I am a mineral exploration geoscientist specialising in remote sensing and spectral geology. Much of my experience over the past 20 years has involved the processing and interpretation of airborne hyperspectral data (HyMap & DeBeers AMS) typically including mineral exploration target selection. I have also been extensively engaged in reflectance spectroscopy of rocks and minerals using instruments such as the PIMA, ASD & Spectral Evolution spectrometers and Corescan's hyperspectral core imager.Specialist skills include:* Airborne hyperspectral survey planning and data collection.* Image processing of multi- and hyperspectral data using ENVI & IDL.* Interpretation of remote sensing image data and mineral exploration target selection.* Site visits and field investigation of remote sensing targets.* Analysis of VNIR & SWIR spectral data of geological samples, percussion drill chips and diamond drill core.
