I am responsible for delivering EVO build for Virgin Media which is a full turn key design and build network. I assist and advise Avonline Management to deliver all builds within schedule and under budget. This role involves having a full understanding of the Client’s expectations, knowing the way Local Authority want the delivery done within their area. Ensuring BT standards within the PIA Agreement are achieved on those builds. Managing the direct labour ensuring they cable and splice the network to the highest standards. Help and Guidance is also given to the Civil Supervisors at Avonline and also to all Sub Contractors working for Avonline. i also carry out pre walk outs to survey possible builds eliminating risk, and collating detailed information before work starts. this information is then shared with all Management within Avonline and our planners. Giving feed back and having honest conversations with all departments. Making savings on the builds by simplifying the designs.
