- Responsible for establishing all rates used with in the Aerospace Structures Division- Provide support for financial planning and reporting

-Manage financial aspects for the commercial COE including pricing, budgets, business analysis, program EACs and overhead rate strategy.-Responsible for the implementation and tracking of key metrics used to make the plant more efficient. Also spent time with each operations supervisor to educate them on how to analyze the metrics in order to make ATK more profitable.-Financial point of contact and member of the commercial COE team; providing financial assistance / guidance to business and functional leaders within ATK.

-Created weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports for Aerospace Structures Division (ASD)-Rolled up monthly financials for ASD (~$300M a year in Sales)-Helped manage and track discretionary budgets for the director of business development-Helped coordinate and finalize the 3 year operational planning process for FY12 & FY13

- Worked for three years as a financial analyst for numerous aerospace programs supplying companies like Airbus, GE, Bombardier, Embraer and Boeing. Responsible for profitability by supporting the programs in budgeting, cost control and financial reporting activities. - Supported proposal teams on a number of proposals ranging from $500M to $1.5B in value. Required extensive focus on financial compliance with senior executives (i.e. IRR, NPV, ROI and cash flows).- Assisted in the development and improvement of estimating / pricing model used to price proposals and make decisions regarding new business / strategy.
