Responsibilities include:Directing and coordinating all transportation services including shuttling and cleaning cars as a contracted service for a major rental car company (National/Alamo/Enterprise)Plan and schedule the work performed by the Transporters and Vehicle Service AgentsMonitor/Inspect the work performed by the Transporters and Vehicle Service Agents Recruit, hire, train, promote and terminate staffConduct necessary safety trainingP&L expense control to meet budgeted numbersManage wage and overtime expensesProvide leadership training and development of managersContinuously review work volume and plan staffing levels to ensure efficiencyMeasure productivity daily/weeklyEnsure compliance with policies and procedures
