I work with North American Investment Banks & Research Firms to optimize client engagement & maximize revenues through data-driven advisory. After ~10 years on the sell-side, including equity sales experience at Deutsche Bank & independent research firms, I've helped firms of all sizes implement processes to deliver more data-driven services to their clients. An example: At DB, we doubled the number of in-person Analyst meetings in NYC in 2017 (vs 2016) with more rigorous focus across the sales desk - resulting in a number of our best broker vote rankings at top-tiered clients.Today, I work with Equities customers facing these same challenges several years later. Their tech stacks are disjointed, requiring Sales & Research professionals to check multiple systems for related data points about a singular account or contact. On the Investment Banking side, I see bankers faced with the challenges of 1) no easy way to input client information into a CRM and 2) no better way to improve investor targeting & deal management than Microsoft Excel.
