My experience and recommendations have allowed clients to take full benefit to manage their monthly overhead in both data and voice overhead. By instituting Call reporting/ call recording and Automatic Call Distribution platforms clients have been able to make educated decisions on staffing based on day of week and time of day.I have been involved in the installation, performed service, sales, and consultation of a large variety of Brands and models.
