• Maintain compliance with legislative, client and Company polices and procedures.
• Assist site teams in Instigating and monitoring repairs to equipment, machinery and work areas
• Plan and implement menu selections and pricing policies with defence food services team
• Advise and assist with the client and component teams in the control and co-ordination of food production and presentation to ensure correctly portioned, garnished and standards of food are available to meet contracted.

• Maintaining senior accountability for all purchasing activities within a GBP 4.6m t/o business, with further responsibility for delivering 3-5% profit per annum
• Providing leadership and direction within the role, with responsibility for the training and development of 21 colleagues in their roles
• Driving levels of productivity against set targets, while monitoring and controlling all KPIs, sales, waste and costs levels
• Retaining full accountability for food safety within the business, achieving the highest food safety audit score within the business year
• Strategically responsible for the development of the business plan, to increase the commercial success of the venture in line with agreed budgets
• Playing a key role in the establishment of the venture, including the recruitment of all staff working within the store and the establishment of methods of working within the business unit

• Working autonomously to maintain and increase company profit levels in a critical regional role with the firm, requiring the management of circa 90 contracts
• Playing a senior role in new supplier acquisition, menu and craft development, marketing campaign development and personnel training
• Ensuring all contracts utilize the approved buying lists, while mobilizing all contracts from the stage of supplier acquisition through to final handover from contractors
• Managing core quality assurance tasks, including the delivery of monthly audits using ISO 9002 guidelines and regulations
• Successful in the completion of a key project to develop a central menu database to assess suppliers and increase profit levels
• Providing full support to the sales team in the production of tenders, client relationship management and the delivery of effective promotions to demonstrate the excellence off service on offer
