• Scheduled, coordinated, and directed the activities of various operations and engineering teams. Supervised field engineering and locating staff.• Focused on major capital projects, including a unique expansion of Richland's service territory into the Hanford "300 Area." Existing 13.8 kV underground distribution was abandoned and new overhead distribution operating at Richland's 12.47 kV was installed. Major challenges included monitoring for radioactive contamination and cultural artifacts along with fire prevention in a hot, dry grassland.Served on the City's United Way campaign committee. • Spearheaded the utility's financial planning effort.
