I started my professional journey in education, putting my degree to work in public schools and developing skills in training, development, management, and content creation. In a move to facilitate a better work/life balance, I transitioned into business at an entry-level job in the market research industry at Fieldwork Dallas.At Fieldwork, I gained experience as a call center representative before moving into data entry, then to phone room supervision, and finally to administration focusing on the development of training and call center support. I enjoyed my work in the office and loved my co-workers, but I wanted to find something where I could learn a more diverse set of skills that would open up more opportunities for me long-term.Working through a top-tier staffing agency, PrideStaff Dallas, I found work as a call center representative at Milliman and began developing skills in finance, particularly in the areas of defined contribution retirement plans. I feel like I am part of a vibrant, motivated team of people whose focus is on supporting others in this vital area of personal finance. My journey at Milliman has only just begun, and I am excited to see what the future holds!
