Primary responsibility for evelopment and execution of production operations the annual AIDS/LifeCycle event- a bike ride event co-produced by, and benefitting, the Los Angeles LGBT Center and San Francisco AIDS Foundations. This 7-day bike ride from SF to LA features 545 miles of route over through 7 CA counties, with 35 route sites, 105 permits across all levels of government, 80 service providers, 650 volunteers and over 100 staff operationally divided across 50 different teams, and raises $15million + annual for HIV/AIDS services. Build and lead an event production department of 7 responsible for special events, volunteer recruitment and stewardship, supply mobilization and warehouse operations, and programming for events ranging from cocktail parties to multi-day, multi-site (35+) events of over 3K participants across multiple regions (NorCal and SoCal). Developed and implemented best-practices, analysis, and reporting for event production to ensure the long-term stability of event plans. Manage expenses with the goal of reducing operating costs and maintaining a Cost of Fundraising at or below 35%. Manage annual event budgets up to $3 million

As Senior Production Manager, I support our flagship AIDS/LifeCycle event, a 7-day, 545 mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles, through which 2,500 cyclists and 700 volunteers take to the road each June to raise money for HIV/AIDS services provided by the Los Angeles LGBT Center and San Francisco AIDS Foundation. My primary responsibilities for flagship event include:--- Production of six campsites that provide high-end catering (breakfast and dinner), mobile shower facilities, on-site medical, sport medicine, chiropractic and massage services, sanitation and distributed power, and more --- Management of 300+ 7-day volunteers and staff who support the setup and breakdown of each campsite--- Contracting and management of 25+ event vendors --- Management of planning and mobilization of all event supplies and equipment--- Planning and execution of event logistics designed to produce a high level of participant experience while keeping costs downMy secondary responsibilities reach beyond the scope of our flagship event, and include:--- Management of year-round storage facility for all event supplies, equipment and consumables; and supervision of full-time Supply Coordinator position--- Supervision of full-time Volunteer Coordinator position, responsible for the stewardship of 300+ event volunteers for flagship event, and an additional 250+ single-day volunteers who support our calendar of pre-season special events. I worked on projects ranging from commercial and television sets to high-end museum exhibits for clients like the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles, Discovery Cube Los Angeles, California Academy of Sciences and more. My responsibilities varied from project to project, ranging from prototyping and fabrication to concept design and technical design development. I enjoyed a great deal of flexibility from project to project, and enjoyed a balance of hands-on work with technical design and fabrication oversight. I was solely responsible for the production of comprehensive construction drawing packages, and coordinated daily with our lead fabricators and shop foreman to adjust designs to support shop production pipelines and best practices.

As a member of the Technical Design department, I worked on entertainment theming projects for clients like Disney and Universal Studios, as well as a variety of museum and retail projects and the annual Tournament of Rose parade. As a technical designer, I was responsible bringing a designer or artist's concept to life. Working in a variety of CAD platforms, I developed designs and drawing packages to guide fabricators in the construction of projects in a variety of mediums and materials.
