Previously worked with pathway squads from ages U15-U20.Responsibilities include:Work with other sports medicine staff such as physiotherapists, nutritionists,sports psychologists and strength and conditioning staff to ensure optimal performance across a high performance system.Monitoring of player progress within the injury rehabilitation programme, and work with sports medicine team to ensure the individual players return to performance/play was both safe and effective within minimum time frames.Ensure constant athlete monitoring through a variety of strength, aerobic and anaerobic based tests while continuous musculoskeletal screening of athletes to monitor improvement across programmes while also assessing any potential imbalances.Work closely with head coaches to ensure physical conditioning integration to technical and tactical team preparation.
