I am a seasoned professional with a breadth and depth of experience and a high level of learning agility that will allow me to immediately make a strong contribution to either operations or support positions.Learning Specialist: Over the years I have developed and delivered well over 100 learning experiences to both internal team members and external clients and customers. I have experience with developing a learning strategy that is effective and cost effective. I have delivered both Face-to-Face and Virtual Learning classes, as well as developed a variety of eLearning modules in Captivate and Camtasia. I am particularly skilled at facilitation and adapting instruction to meet the needs of the learner. Communicator: I have updated and maintained the warranty intranet and internet (for dealer access) sites. Using my strong technical writing and FrameMaker skills I rewrote DTNA’s 325 page Warranty Manual. This document must serve as an easy-to-read reference for both end-customers and dealers, as well as be legally defensible in justifying responses to warranty claims.Problem Solver: Ability to interpret and provide direction on complex warranty policy issues. Able to grasp the bigger picture and recommend a strategic approach to overcome difficulties and achieve organizational objectives. Leader, Coach and Mentor: I built and led a team of 5 direct reports to were responsible for effectively communicating and providing training for DTNA’s vast dealer network. I helped mentor and grow my team members from entry-level and contract positions to having skill sets and learning agility that have enabled them to move to higher positions and meet DTNA’s needs in a variety of different positions.
