8th Avenue is a Private Label and Branded CPG company manufacturing products to all customers in the retail, foodservice and ingredient space, both in the US & International marketplace. 8th Avenue is owned by Post Holdings and funds affiliated with Thomas H. Lee Partners, a private equity firm. As Head of Sales of sales, I am currently responsible for all Retail Private Label & Branded (Ronzoni Pasta) Sales for all classes of trade. I manage a team of 14 with 3 direct reports: Sr Director of Sales-Retail, Vice President of Sales -Foodservice, Ingredient & Co-Man & Director of Business Development.

Managed a $2.5B annualized business dedicated to serving customers in all classes of trade for the Meal Preparation Division. Communicated and translated customer strategy to the Division while representing and prioritizing customer activities and projects. Member of division executive leadership team, reporting to the Division President and part of sales executive leadership team lead by the Chief Customer Officer.

Served as Baked Goods Division sales team leader for Walmart, Sams Club, ALDI, Costco, and Amazon. Executed on the long-term strategic plan and nurtured the sales team to support long term strategic partnerships. Total Business portfolio $480M.

Headed sales and business development for the Pasta Pillar, leading a team of 10 Sales Managers, two Business Development Managers, and over $600M in annual sales. Led team through CAG divestiture and THS management acquisition.
