In addition, in June 2006, I spearheaded the Loyd Builders commitment to Habitat for Humanity Building Blitz to construct a home in less than 1 week. Also, completed a $2,400,000 commercial recreation project in June 2007.

Served as trainer for new field managers as directed by ACM. Closed an average of 36 homes per year ranging from $250K to $350K. Maintained a six year Quality Inspection average of 96. 100% customer satisfaction for 4 of 6 years. Lowest warranty costs in division for the last three years at an average of $112 per unit. Recruited for initial setup and implementation of centralized scheduling and payment system. In addition, served as Prototype Builder by working closely with Design, Estimating, Sales, and Management to develop, analyze and build new plans and revise current plans. High degree of accountability for ensuring new plans, engineering, and estimates were extremely accurate prior to release for production.

Responsibilities included supervision of new home construction from permit application through closing and during the warranty period. Assured all homes were built per code, within budget, and delivered on time. Scheduled all vendors and subcontractors accordingly. Solicited and trained subs to meet company and personal expectations. Communicated frequently with customers and provided excellent service from orientation through one year warranty. Created template for initial use of FAST Builder Management System. Also responsible for training Assistant Builders while managing multiple projects.

Responsible for reviewing all plans to assure code has been achieved. Estimated all plans accurately to within a variance of 1%. Provided purchase orders per backlog and distributed accordingly. Shopped for highest quality and best-priced material and labor. Maintained all scopes of work, subcontractor agreements, and insurance information for all subs. Processed change orders quickly and provided base house, option pricing and sales literature to sales staff.
