Texas Region Project Manager for TXDOT projects through-out the state of Texas.*Supervise multiple projects through-out the state of Texas at multiple times.*Manage up to $10 million-dollars yearly in on-going construction projects for multiple large projects simultaneously.*Decision-making responsibility concerning project cost, time and performance.*Accountability for project planning, execution, job cost tracking, and job closure.*Capability to take control of a project and turn the project in the right direction when necessary.*Provide leadership for project teams by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.*Mentor the less experienced in aspects of the profession such as leadership, methodology, tools, people skills, and navigating when needed.

*Manage and evaluate entire production process throughout duration of projects*Contribute to production planning and budgeting for all associated projects under my control*Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction for all projects throughout my lead-time

*Manage homebuilding construction through all phases to ensure the delivery of a quality home*Schedule all subcontractors and delivery dates for materials*Ensure all building codes are up to city requirements and Beazer Home standards of quality are met*Conduct walk-through inspections and other scheduled inspections with the homeowner*Communicate safety standards to laborers and sub-contractors; enforces safety regulations on all job sites*Maintain a clean and organized jobsite and subdivision*Interact daily with various departments of company, subcontractors, customers, and city inspectors*Attend Construction meetings, monthly and quarterly meeting with all parties needed.
