I have over 30 years construction experience in the field of Contract Administration, Quantity Surveying and most recently Project/Contracts Management.I am more than proficient with all major forms of Contract, JCT, FIDIC, NEC and ICE, preparing pre contract documentation for tender, tender analysis for client recommendation and award, preparation of Contract documents, preparation of Bills of Quantities, placing Subcontract Orders, interim valuations to final account agreements including both claims and defence work on Loss and Expense Claims, Delay and Disruption Claims, Extensions of Time in both CSA and M&E fields.I am comfortable with all principles of building work, specialist fit out contracts and Civil Engineering Projects including roads and highways, covering multi complex, multi million pound/dollar schemes and developments preparing Cost/Value interim reports and cost risk assessment including Design and Build value engineering. I have experience in the health care sector and understand the principles of building healthcare schemes to BREEAM excellence. I have recently worked on Data Centres in Holland, Denmark and Ireland recently Amazon in Rostock, Germany.I have acted as Senior Commercial Manager with Lynemouth Power on a coal to biomass conversion (Client side) and ISG in Germany as MEP Commercial Lead.
