Reporting to the CFO I lead the North American IT functions supporting corporate headquarters and 4 manufacturing plants. • Responsible for the strategic planning, procurement, development, implementation, maintenance, and support of all corporate business information systems.• Lead GOJO’s cybersecurity strategy and program to manage risk within the organization’s risk appetite.• Provide leadership of a talented team to protect the organization's assets by identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities, securing networks and systems, and implementing administrative and technical controls including MFA, EDR, air-gapped backups, and other controls.• Developed a comprehensive Cybersecurity Incident Response plan and Ransomware Playbook to respond to security incidents quickly and effectively. This includes conducting regular tabletop exercises with the enterprise.• Deliver cybersecurity strategy and program updates to the Board of Directors.• Significantly improved the company’s cyber security maturity rating from 2 to 4, per a third-party assessment. • Successfully integrated an outsourced SOC to extend our team's 24x7 monitoring and detection capability.• Optimization of IT costs, strategically and programmatically, to drive +$1MM in cost optimization annually.• Transitioned the enterprise from fully in office to remote during the pandemic using multiple technologies.• Sponsored a skilled team to deliver an SAP ERP upgrade on-time, on-budget, and shipping normal levels on Day 1 of the go-live. Transaction processing time reduced 10x.• IT sponsor to transform GOJO supply chain processes to improve S&OP/S&OE, inventory planning, management, production scheduling, supply planning, and contract manufacturing.
