Demonstrated strong leadership skills and was promoted to assistant manager within 4 months. Consistently helped the business exceed performance goals and was assigned by Mike Andreosso (HO) to establish a strong merchandising culture.

This allowance made it economically feasible to provided more robust opportunities for local artist to support and work with established international touring musicians.

Previously Canada’s largest youth environmental awareness campaign highlighted by community tree planting events and annual eco festival at the Hamilton Convention Centre and FirstOntario Concert Hall.Provided planning and project management for all events, secured exhibitors, celebrity keynote speakers, artists, and musicians. Assisted with fundraising activities, grant writing, and sponsorships. Helped unite local business, municipal, and community stakeholders to effectively reach goals.
