In this role, I support program directors in undertaking an evaluation of the program performance through a series of focus groups and interviews to solicit feedback on the program's performance and effectiveness. Moreover, I will conduct a literature/document review pertinent to the themes of study in the program to update and expand the existing repertoire of readings engaged by program participants to support their learning.

In 2021, I initiated the mapping of the company's processes in 5 departments and oversaw the inception of a team to design and implement revamped processes using Google Apps Script and Trello Butler. These processes have, so far, more than doubled the company's productivity, allowing us to successfully handle a doubling in the amount of multinational contracts.

In 2015, I initiated the process of analyzing the company’s existing business management system and developed new system processes to move all operations online, eliminating paper from our recordkeeping process, thereby significantly reducing our environmental impact. This, along with my self-starter attitude and business-savvy, led to a promotion to Senior Solutions Manager in 2016.In 2018, I spearheaded a second analysis of the company's systems and implemented a new software package saving the company over $10,000 annually. Moreover, as Senior Solutions Manager I managed multinational projects spanning the UK and EU/EEA and doubled our contracts in the last year, tripling our contracts over the past three years. This has led to an astounding 233% increase in revenue in the past year.
