Brigitte Bouchard is Managing Partner at PRA (www.pra.ca). She contributes to large-scale program evaluations, feasibility studies, market research, organizational reviews and strategic management consulting. Before that, she spent several years as an economist, policy analyst, survey manager and quantitative analyst in government departments and agencies. Over the years, Brigitte has worked with various levels of government, industry, non-profit organizations, and a broad range of stakeholder groups right across Canada. Brigitte is a Credentialed Evaluator (CE). She has been actively involved in the Canadian Evaluation Society, and contributes to non-profit organizations in her community.
