As a Humanitarian Management Consultant, Brian has considerable expertise across a number of areas:- Advising INGO's on their emergency preparedness and response strategies with a view to strengthening them;- Developing global partnership agreements / MOUs between UN and INGO agencies;- Developing Humanitarian strategy and policy development;- Providing humanitarian training to aid workers and INGO’s across a broad spectrum of areas (e.g., humanitarian principles and charter; needs assessment; programme design and implementation; M&E; CIMIC; DRR; Security; UN Clusters; institutional funding;- Conducting needs assessments and developing appropriate response strategies to humanitarian crises (over ten large scale humanitarian disaster strategies in the past 6 years).
