I am also one of the few anesthesiologists who cover the acute pain/regional anesthesia service. (There is a separate team of cardiac anesthesiologists covering cardiac anesthesia cases.)

The Perioperative CPG is working toward perioperative and anesthesia standardization throughout the 50-hospital PSJH system.

I am the only Anesthesia Informaticist for the 50-hospital Providence St. Joseph Health system. I have been responsible for the anesthesia intraoperative EMR at Providence Alaska Medical Center since 2005 and at the system level since 2011-12.
