This team is responsible for creating and maintaining an industry leading digital experience for our patients.Duties:*Manage a team of six Systems Analysts on various digital experience productteams (MyChart, External Website, Mobile Apps, Marketing Technology, andEmployee Experience/Intranet)*Accountable for configuration, maintenance, and support of the patient's digital experience*Advise on consumer experience strategy and design principles*Helped establish and lead the “Connected Care” product team*Assist in the development of a Population Health (value-based care) orientedstrategy and vision for the team as well as a robust product roadmap that outlinedwhat was “now, next, and future”*Implement and support a portfolio of patient facing digital care applications(health assessment tool, remote patient monitoring, bi-directional texting tool, EDWait time communication tool, diabetes management tool, rehab/exercise programdevelopment tool, surgical journeys, and digital patient education platform)*Manage vendor relationships*Scrum Master

System Analyst on Allina Health's Enterprise Medical Imaging team*Responsible for build, support, and maintenance of the Epic Radiant application*Became a technical SME for many workflows and areas within radiology*Supported multiple integrations between Epic and 3rd party applications (PACS, LightImage Viewers, Decision Support, Dictation)*Interacted with operational partners, 3rd party radiologist groups, and vendors on adaily basis*Developed a strong understanding of HL7 messages and interface build within Epic*Served as the Radiant team’s project lead for Epic’s quarterly upgrades
