Dear Membership,It is with great honour that I represent the Credit Association of Greater Toronto as President. I have been a member since 1982 and have had the distinct pleasure of serving on the programming board for 18 years.This Association has provided a valuable forum for industry credit & collection executives to exchange ideas and learn about changes that impact us through our carefully selected speakers and of course, provides exceptional networking opportunities.I am very fortunate to have such a distinguished board of directors who will be assisting me during my term and I am confident that we will continue the legacy of the Association.The following board members that were elected on March 1, 2016 who will be serving you for another term who include John Kim, Donna Driver, Kevin Klayman, Sherri Bennett, Lisa Friedenberg, Kevin Pretty, Jeff Schwartz, Cathryn Cull, Grace Yea, Elana Jara, Richard Dunwoody & Elizabeth FranciscoI am also very excited with the speaker line up for upcoming fall and winter dinner programs, our Professional Development, and additionally we are very excited about the upcoming Credit Conference scheduled for Wednesday June 8th 2016.Finally, I would like to remind the membership that this is your association.
