• Performs intermediate and advanced level wind turbine blade inspection, repair and maintenance tasks as assigned. This includes safe operation and use of tools (including but not limited to specialized calibration, hydraulic, power tools, electrical testing tools) and basic turbine equipment.• Interfaces with customer and may respond to customer inquiries, including collaboration and planning for activities and services schedules.• Acts as service supervisor for crew. May be supervising multiple service teams at one location.• Create detailed task plans and contribute to work procedures related to composite inspection and repair processes.• Perform rescue operations, technical reports and administrative tasks with precision and efficiency• Demonstrate proficiency and understanding of intermediate and advanced wind composite service applications, including matrix - epoxies and adhesives, reinforcement and core materials, inspection methods, manufacturing processes including part building, “layup” schedules and material lists, lighting systems and intermediate-advanced repairs.• Acts as a safety role model, encourages and recognizes others completing safe acts and intervenes when unsafe acts are being practiced.
