Called The Plant at 41 Dovercourt in Toronto. I just finished Block 208. A 6 store office tower with heritage features included to the new build. It was one of many projects introduced by Dream. The ZIBI Development project team in Ottawa. Aecon Buildings, - Commercial & Hospital Work- teamed up to be involved with 2 hospital jobs. TRI. edition & Oshawa hospital edition. Reliance, - CondosBrookfield - Redeveloped the old Four seasons in to a Condo.Ledcor- Part of a team to complete a $200 million expansion involving the Oshawa Mall.Started & Completed a $35 million dollar job at 3080 Yonge St. Retail fit out.Currently working on a $30 million dollar Condo in the down town Toronto district. I've been involved with some big civil Jobs in Alberta & Northern Ont. Teamed up with company's like OJ Pipeline, Banister Pipeline, Summerville Pipeline, Marine Pipeline. I worked on the Sable Island gas project down east, in 1999. That was a incredible experience.
